What is Char Dham Yatra?

The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most sacred pilgrimage journeys in India, located in the beautiful Himalayan region of Uttarakhand. Every year, lakhs of devotees visit the four holy temples — Yamunotri Temple, Gangotri Temple, Kedarnath Temple, and Badrinath.

This sacred journey is believed to cleanse sins and help devotees attain Moksha (Salvation). The Char Dham Yatra usually begins from Haridwar or Rishikesh.
